High Performance Musical "...the proof of musicals is in the performance....Sutton can out-sing, out-act, out-pratfall Renee Zellweger in her sleep. Her performance is muscial theatre gold..."
Kamal al-Solaylee, Eye Weekly, Feb 20, 2003
Krista Sutton is a Dora Mavor Moore nominated actress for her performance in Brock Simpson's musical This Could be Love which had two sold out runs in Toronto and was an invited musical at the New York Musical Theater Festival.
What reviewers said:
Sutton has a physical comedy trait similar to this years brilliant Tony winner Beth Leavel.

...Sutton's goofy glamour light[s] up the small stage"
Kate Taylor, The Globe and Mail |
...They look like the young Dick van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore, and if Sutton never quite says "Oh Rob!" you at least feel she must be thinking it."
Richard Ouzounian, Toronto Star |
Both players have been hired for their comedic... talents.... Both [have] energy, likability and acting skills. Wilson....is very appealing and Sutton is a fair stormer.
